Information and examples on this site

The site shares information about my software and data work, possible services, and selected projects. It is for general information. Service descriptions are not quotes or promises that I am available for a particular project. Project summaries describe work in a specific context and do not guarantee a similar result for another project.

Some project details may be simplified or omitted. they are Fictional profiles, portraits, or testimonials are labelled as illustrative examples; not real client endorsements. Interactive features and demonstrations are provided to help visitors explore the work. Their operation may vary by device and browser.

Contact and project agreements

Use the email, phone, WhatsApp, or meeting links on the Contact Me page. Contacting me or booking a conversation does not create a client relationship or commit either of us to a project.

Any work I agree to take on will be governed by a separate written agreement covering its scope, fees, timing, and other project terms. If that agreement conflicts with these site terms, the project agreement applies to the work.

Site content and intellectual property

Unless a page says otherwise, the writing, design, and original materials on this site belong to Eric Njuguna. You may view the site and share links to it for personal or professional reference. Please do not republish, sell, modify, or present my materials as your own without written permission.

Client names, trademarks, products, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance here does not imply that they endorse this site.

Using the site responsibly

Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or introduce malicious code. Do not copy or scrape content in a way that infringes rights or disrupts the site.

External services

This site links to services such as Google Calendar, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. I do not control their content, availability, or actions.

Availability and liability

I work to keep the site useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or may not always be available. To the extent Kenyan law allows, I am not responsible for indirect loss arising from using or being unable to use this informational site. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Any dispute will be handled by a competent Kenyan court. I may update these terms as the site changes; the revision date above identifies the current version.
